Strip & Wax:
Our procedure involves the removal of the old wax finish, followed by a thorough rinse of the floor, and the application of two coats of sealer along with four coats of wax finish. The wax we apply contains a specific percentage of solids; a higher percentage results in a tougher finish. If you regularly buff your floors, we will use a softer finish (with fewer solids), while a harder finish (with more solids) will be applied if buffing is not performed. The cost for floor stripping is calculated based on the price per square foot.
Deep Scrub Rewax:
Our approach consists of deep cleaning the existing wax finish, thoroughly rinsing the floor, and applying three to four coats of new wax. This process is ideal for floors that have scuffs and signs of wear on the current wax. Scrubbing and rewaxing can be done in between stripping sessions. The benefit of this method is its cost-effectiveness, being approximately one-third less expensive while still achieving excellent results.
Buffing:
We exclusively offer dry propane buffing. This method is both highly effective and economical. Buffing serves as a short-term maintenance solution that must be performed regularly. The buffing process generates heat that revitalizes the top layer of the wax finish. This technique is primarily utilized in supermarkets and large retail spaces.
